  1. Tapioca Pudding

  2. 1 liter soya milk

  3. 5 Tbsp sugar

  4. 120 g tapioca

  5. 2 tsp vanilla extract

  6. 1/4 tsp salt

  7. Add the sugar to the soya milk and bring to boil. Mix in the tapioca

  8. and continue to boil over medium heat for about 30 - 45 min.,

  9. stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla

  10. extract. Can be eaten warm or cold. If you want it sweeter you can

  11. serve the pudding with light brown sugar.
