Supreme Beef Omelet with XO SauceRecipe

    1. 90 g Button Mushroom (s)

    2. 50 g 5 pcs

    3. 1 1/2 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

    4. 1 tbsp Seasoning Mix XO Sauce

    5. 2 tbsp

    1. Mix beef with marinade. Stir-fry beef and button mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil until done. Set aside. Beat eggs with seasoning mix. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add beaten eggs. Lower the heat and pan-fry one side to form an egg sheet. Place beef in the center. Fold the omelet in half to cover beef. Pan-fry omelet until just cooked. Serve hot.
