  1. 24 raw peeled, deveined large shrimp; tail shell left on (about 1 lb)

  2. 4 slices frozen garlic Texas Toast (from an 11 1/4-oz box)

  3. 1 tub (16 oz) refrigerated fresh tomato salsa

  1.  Heat outdoor grill or a stovetop ridged grill pan.

  2.  Toss shrimp with 2 tsp oil and 1⁄8 tsp each salt and pepper. Thread on 10-in. metal skewers.

  3.  Grill shrimp 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until just barely opaque at center. Grill toast, turning once, 3 minutes or until charred and hot. Serve with salsa.
