  5. 2 cn Gorton's clams

  6. 1 c Pared diced potatoes

  7. 2 tb Butter

  8. 1/4 c Chopped onion

  9. 2 c Milk

  10. -Salt and pepper to taste

  11. -Cooking Sherry

  12. Drain clams. Cook onion in butter. Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender. Add clams and milk.

  13. Heat and season. Do not boil.

  14. Yield: 4 servings.
