  3. piece 6 chedder cheese

  4. tsp 2 green chilli ( optional)

  5. to taste 1 green onion/sping onion

  6. stick 2 mayonnaise

  1. Take six cat fish fillets run over warm water pat dry with paer towel place on aluminium foil after spaying with oil .

  2. cut a greenonion/sping oinion into small pieces, i small green chilli into small pieces (optional) .

  3. mix 2 tsf of mayonnaise and 2 tsf of chedder cheese in a bowl and add cut green onion/spring onioin. mix it well.

  4. spread paste of grren onin ,cheese ,mayonnaise mix on to fish as thin layer.

  5. place in a oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minuutes after preheated oven or until top layer becomes golden brown.

  6. garnish with cilantro and serve.

  7. note- do not add salt .
