  1. 4 lbs beef t-bone steaks

  2. 12 ounces beer

  3. 3/4 cup chili sauce

  4. 1/4 cup parsley , snipped

  5. 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  6. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper , ground

  10. 1 cup onion , chopped

  11. cracked black pepper

  1. For marinade:.

  2. Combine, bear, onion, mustard, parsley,chili sauce, worcestershire, brown sugar, paprika and black pepper.

  3. in a non reactive pan cover steaks with marinade. cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight.

  4. drain steaks, discard marinade. sprinkle steaks with cracked pepper.

  5. grill over medium coals to desired degree of doneness, turning once 1/2 way through cooking.
