  1. Ground lamb 12 Pound (0 1/4 Kilogram Mutton Kheema)

  2. Cauliflower 12 Medium , cut into small florets

  3. Onion 1 Small , finely chopped

  4. Green chilies 2 , slit lengthwise

  5. Caraway seeds 2 Pinch (Shahijeera)

  6. Cloves 4

  7. Cardamom 2

  8. Cinnamon sticks 3 Medium

  9. Turmeric powder 14 Teaspoon

  10. Coriander powder/Dhaniya 12 Teaspoon

  11. Salt To Taste

  12. Chilly powder To Taste

  1. Directions Heat 4 tbs oil in a pressure cooker. Add shahijeera and allow them to splutter. Add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Saute for a few seconds.

  2. Add chopped onion, green chillies and turmeric powder. Saute until onions begin to change color.

  3. Add ground lamb and saute with the onions for about 4-5 minutes. The lamb should have been browned by now. Add 1 cup water and cover the cooker with its lid and pressure cook upto 2-3 whistles.

  4. Remove lid, Add cauliflower florets and mix.

  5. Add dhaniya powder, salt and chilly powder. Mix well and continue cooking until the water has been absorbed and the florets have turned tender. (If the water has evaporated completely before the florets turn tender, then add a little water and continue cooking)

  6. Serve Hot with Roti/Chapathi.
