  1. 1 lb. for Cat fish nuggets (any fish can be use if perfer), fried crispy with batter, drained and dry.

  2. 1/4 c. green bell pepper, cubed

  3. 1/4 c. red bell pepper, cubed

  4. 1/4 c. onion, cubed

  5. 1/2 c. pineapple, diced

  6. 1/4 c. green onion, medium sliced

  7. 1/4 c. cucumber, medium sliced

  8. 1/4 c. tomatoe, cut in

  9. 1 c. ready sweet and sour sauce

  10. 1/4 c. olive oil

  1. In a frying pan, add oil and tomatoe, bell peppers and onion, stir to combined, add sweet and sour sauce, stir to coated. Add pineapple, stir to combined for about 2-3 min or until vegetable is tender. (don't over cook the vegetable). Add fried fish and stir to coated. When done, pour into serving plate, top with green onion and it's ready to serve...best serve hot with Jasmine rice.
