  1. 4 eggs

  2. 1 cup vegetable oil

  3. 2 cups sugar

  4. 1 can (15oz) pumpkin

  5. 2 cups flour

  6. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  12. Frosting:

  13. 6 ounces cream cheese

  14. 1/3 cup butter

  15. 1 tablespoon cream

  16. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  17. 4 cups confectioners' sugar

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Divide batter between 2 8-inch glass baking dishes. Microwave (one at a time) for 5 minutes on HIGH (100% power). Cool and frost.

  2. Frosting: Microwave cream cheese and butter for 1 or 2 minutes on LOW until soft, not melted. Stir in cream and vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat well.
