  1. 1 (500g) tub beef stock 1 1/3kg (3 lb) boneless pork spare ribs 500g (1 1/4 lb) barbecue sauce

  1. Pour beef stock into slow cooker, and add boneless ribs. Cook on High for 4 hours, or until meat falls apart easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks.

  2. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4. Transfer the shredded pork to a casserole dish or cast iron frying pan, and stir in barbecue sauce.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Pile onto baps and serve.
