  2. 118 1/59 ml mayonnaise (or salad dressing)

  3. 177.44 ml sour cream

  4. 29 1/28 ml prepared horseradish

  5. 14.79 ml parsley

  6. 2.46 ml salt

  7. 2.46 ml pepper

  8. 4.92 ml dill weed

  9. 4.92 ml granulated sugar

  10. 44 1/37 ml vinegar

  11. 1 small red onion , diced

  12. 4 slice bacon , cooked and crumbled

  13. 4 hard-boiled eggs , chopped

  14. 1 celery rib , finely chopped

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.

  2. Drain and let potatoes cool to room temperature.

  3. In large bowl combine all other ingredients.

  4. Mix well and stir in potatoes.

  5. Cover and chill.
