  1. 90 g 90 g Bell pepper (s)

  2. 90 g 50 g 25 g 50 g Garlic

  3. 2 tsp 2 tsp 12 pcs

  4. 1 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  5. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  6. Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 1 tbsp Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

  8. 1 tbsp Peppercorn Chilli Oil

  9. 1 tsp Corn starch

  10. 1 tsp Water

  11. 2 tbsp

  1. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Drain.

  2. Mix minced chicken with marinade.

  3. Saute minced garlic and shallot in 2 tbsp oil. Add minced chicken, dried oysters and stir-fry until done.

  4. Add red bell pepper, carrot, water chestnuts and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add sauce mix. Stir well until heated through. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Wrap filling with lettuce leaves and serve.
