  1. 4 pickled, pearl onions

  2. 2 T. mayonnaise

  3. 3/4 c. catsup

  4. 1/3 c. German, spicy mustard

  5. 1 T. ground paprika, edelsüß

  6. 1 tsp. ground, black pepper

  7. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  8. Salt to taste

  9. Cayenne pepper to taste

  10. 1 T. water, to thin

  1. Chop the pickled onions and mix them with the rest of the ingredients, except the cayenne pepper until combined. Add cayenne pepper to taste and thin with water if necessary.

  2. Serve cold.
