  1. 4 cups Penne pasta, cooked and drained

  2. 1 tbsp Butter

  3. 1 tbsp Flour

  4. 3 cups Milk

  5. 1 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated tsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the milk and slowly heat for about 2 minutes. Wisk in the cheese. Add the Worcestershire and cayenne pepper. Keep at a low simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Toss with the pasta and serve warm.
