  1. 6 2 cups/250 g bulgur

  2. wheat

  3. 2 1/3 cups/400 g shelled walnuts

  4. 1 tsp salt

  5. 1 onion, finely chopped

  6. 16 cherry tomatoes, halved

  7. 2 tbsp finely chopped mint

  8. 1 sprig mint, to garnish

  9. 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  1. Method :

  2. Soak the bulgur wheat in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain, squeezing out the excess water.

  3. Chop the walnuts coarsely with 1 teaspoon of salt on a chopping board.

  4. Mix the bulgur wheat, walnuts, onion, tomatoes, and mint in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil.

  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Garnish with the mint and serve with garlic-flavored yogurt.
