  1. 295.73 ml brown sugar

  2. 177.44 ml sugar

  3. 88.74 ml butter , softened

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 473.18 ml flour

  6. 1 1/53 ml nutmeg

  7. 1 1/53 ml salt

  8. 4.92 ml cinnamon

  9. 9.85 ml baking soda

  10. 2 golden delicious apples

  11. 2 granny smith apples

  12. 59.16 ml butter

  13. 118 1/59 ml brown sugar

  14. 118 1/59 ml whipping cream

  15. 118 1/59 ml sugar

  1. Mix sugar, melted butter and eggs together.

  2. Add remaining dry ingredients (will be thick, like cookie dough).

  3. Peel and chop apples.

  4. Add chopped apples to batter, mix well.

  5. Spread into greased 9x13 pan.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.

  7. Shortly before the cake is done baking add the remaining 3 Tbs butter, sugars and whipping cream to sauce pan on medium heat.

  8. Sir frequently until slightly thick.

  9. Pour sauce over warm cake.

  10. Serve warm.
