  1. 1 rotissorie chicken or turkey breast /cut into chunks,skin removed.

  2. 4-6 stalks of celery chopped

  3. 6-8 radishes ,sliced (OPTIONAL)

  4. 1 tablespoon onion powder

  5. 1 cup sour cream

  6. 2 cups Hellman's mayonase

  7. fresh ground black pepper & salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp. mustard powder

  1. Mix all ingredients very well Stir in chicken chunks.

  2. NOTE:I also roast chicken breasts with olive oil,salt,and pepper,then remove skin and bones and cut into chunks sometimes if I have time.

  3. Serve over tomatoe halved or with grape tomatoes.
