  1. Chuck roast 1-1/2 inch thick

  2. 1 teaspoon Salt

  3. 3 tablespoons Flour

  4. 1 dash Pepper

  5. teaspoon Dry mustard

  6. cup Catsup

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 tablespoon Vinegar

  9. 1 medium Onion

  10. 2 Stalks celery

  11. 2 Carrots; sliced

  12. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  1. Brown roast 20 minutes on each side over coals. Season with salt & pepper.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients; put half of sauce on large sheet of foil, top with meat, then rest of sauce. Fold foil & secure. Bake over slow coals 1-½ hours. Use extra foil on coals.
