  1. 1 eggs

  2. 4 green chillies

  3. 3 onion

  4. 1 tsp oil

  5. 3 tbsp salt to taste.

  1. Chop the cauliflower and boil it for ten minutes in water.

  2. Finely chop the onions, green chillies and keep it aside. Take a frying pan and pour the oil and bring to heat.

  3. When the oil is very hot add the cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then add the onions and green chillies and sauté till golden brown.

  4. Put in the cauliflower and sauté briefly.

  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour it over the cauliflower.

  6. Stir well with a spoon and sprinkle salt to taste.

  7. Cook till the eggs are done and turn of the flame.

  8. Garnish with a little pepper or chat masala and serve with tomato sauce
