  1. 1/4 cup olive oil

  2. 2 tsp. curry powder

  3. 2 tsp. sugar

  4. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  7. 4 cups cauliflower florets

  8. 1/3 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat.

  2. PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.

  3. BAKE 15 min. Add almonds; mix lightly. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 to 15 min. or until cauliflower is lightly browned and almonds are toasted.
