  2. SALAD

  3. 12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles (mafalda)

  4. 3 cups thinly sliced Chinese (napa) cabbage

  5. 2 cups shredded or thinly sliced cooked pork

  6. 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  7. 1 small red onion -- quartered, thinly

  8. sliced DRESSING

  9. 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  10. 1 Tablespoon sugar

  11. 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  12. 1 Tablespoon light sesame oil

  1. Cook lasagna noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. In large bowl, combine cooked needles and all remaining salad ingredients. In small bowl, combine all dressings ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and referigerate until serving time.
