  1. 6 buttermilk biscuits; crumbled to a quarter size or smaller

  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 3/4 cup milk

  7. For icing

  8. 1 tablespoon butter

  9. 1 tablespoon milk

  10. powdered sugar

  1. Grease 8X8 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degreees F.

  2. Combine crumbs with brown sugar and sinnamon.

  3. In another bowl, beat together vanilla and eggs.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and kneed until dough sticks together.

  5. Flatten dough and cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter or large glass.

  6. Press into pan.

  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  8. Serves 6.
