  1. 1 boneless beef chuck eye roast (2 lb.), cut into 1-inch chunks

  2. 2 cups water

  3. 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

  4. 1-1/2 lb. baking potato es (about 3), cut into 1-inch chunks

  5. 6 carrot s, peeled, cut into 1-inch-thick slices

  6. 1 onion , coarsely chopped

  7. 1/4 cup A. 1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce

  1. BRING meat, water and barbecue sauce to boil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour.

  2. ADD vegetables; stir. Cook, covered, 1 hour or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. STIR in steak sauce; cook 2 min.
