  1. Tamarind - 4TBS

  2. Dates - 8

  3. Jaggery (gud) - 4TBS

  4. Coriander powder - 1/4 TSP

  5. Red chili powder - 1/4 TSP

  6. Black salt - 1/4 TSP

  7. Salt - 1/4 TSP

  8. Water - As per needed

  1. Take two pots and add half glass of water to each pot and add tamarind to one pot and dates and jaggery to another pot and cook them on low flame with cover for 5 minutes.

  2. After 5minutes cooking, off stove and let it cool town.

  3. Now add boiled dates and jaggery to mixture jar and add water, all dry spices and make smooth paste out of it.

  4. Take it out in one pot and now add boiled tamarind to it and make paste out of it.

  5. Drain tamarind sauce into dates sauce and mix it well.

  6. Serve with any chaat.
