  1. 2 each cabbage heads, large

  2. 1 x water boiling

  3. 6 slices bacon chopped

  4. 1 x onion large, chopped

  5. 10 1/2 ounces soup, tomato

  6. 2 large eggs

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon paprika

  10. 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

  11. 3/4 pound ground beef

  12. 3/4 pound ground pork

  13. 3/4 pound ham ground

  14. 2/3 cup rice cooked

  1. Remove bruised leaves from cabbage and cut out center core.

  2. Pour boiling water over cabbages to soften.

  3. Meanwhile, sautée bacon and onion until bacon is done.

  4. Add half the tomato soup. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, ground beef, pork and ham.

  5. Add bacon mixture and rice and mix thoroughly.

  6. Separate cabbage leaves and drain.

  7. Place heaping tablespoon of stuffing at core end of each cabbage leaf and roll carefully, tucking in ends.

  8. Place rolls in layers in Dutch oven or heavy kettle.

  9. Chop small unused leaves and place over top.

  10. Pour remaining soup and add enough water to cover rolls.

  11. Cover and simmer 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
