    1. I begin with one cake mix. Use a stick of butter in place of the oil. mix all ing.'s for each cake mix, pour in a greased 11 1/2 X 13 Wilton Cake pan. Mix other cake mix and pour on the opposite side of the cake pan. Creating the 1/2 chocolate 1/2 yellow cake. I bake aprx 20-25 min till cake tester comes out clean. I watch very closely. I don't let it get brown on top, or it dries out the cake. I somewhat under cook it for the nice moistness!

    2. Freeze cake overnight. Place a little water in bottom of bowl, then flavors. Add Crisco. Beat, slowly adding XXX sugar. Add salt. If you want to star tip you need a stiffer consistency. If you are just wanting a smoother icing to simply frost cupcakes or a cake use a bit more water to make it smooth out better for you. I then use Wilton cake colors to color my icing. I use Wilton disp icing bags to decorate my cakes with. Easy clean up!

    3. For this cake I start by smoothing a base coat of icing on the cake/sides. Use cake tester to draw picture on cake. I use black to outline picture. Next #17 star tipping brown . I filled black with a round tip #2 on the tires. I used #17 Star tip on tires eyes, and back of truck in white. I just continue to decorate using cornstarch to make teeth smooth, then outline in black. Finish details with black. Use a "grass" tip to make grass.

    4. After adding the finishing touches out of icing I added the graham crackers for dirt road. I then put he border on with a # 19 tip. I pipe on the clouds last in the shape I wanted with a # 2 round tip. I smooth it out with cornstarch. VOILA!
