  1. 8 apples , cored and cut in desired shape

  2. 59.14 ml butter

  3. 118 1/59 ml brown sugar

  4. 2.46 ml cinnamon

  5. 1 1/53 ml cardamom

  6. 59.14 ml raisins

  1. Melt butter in skillet.

  2. Add apples that have been sliced or chopped. Peel if desired but prettier with the skin.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium until apples are as soft as you would like them.

  4. Really pretty when you use a mixture of red and green apples. Looks great at Christmas too.
