  1. 2 pounds turkey thighs

  2. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  3. 1/3 cup orange marmalade

  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Make glaze by combining marmalade, mustard, curry powder and salt and set aside. Take 3 tablespoons of this glaze and combine it with the yogurt. Refrigerate. Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling with a drip pan. Grill turkey thighs of a medium indirect heat for about 1 hour. Brush with glaze mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill when done and serve with yogurt sauce.
