  1. Base

  2. 200g digestive biscuits, crushed

  3. 100g butter, melted

  4. 15g cocoa powder

  5. 30g brown sugar

  6. Filling

  7. 250g-300g strawberries, blended

  8. 250g cream cheese

  9. 200g strawberry flavoured yoghurt

  10. 200ml whipping cream, whipped

  11. 15g gelatine

  12. 3 tbsp hot water

  13. 60g caster sugar

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, butter, cocoa powder and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Press into individual glasses.

  2. Beat cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in yoghurt and cream.

  3. Soak gelatine in water in a small bowl. Then put the bowl over hot water and stir until gelatine dissolve.

  4. Let gelatine cool a bit and pour in cheese mixture. Pour filling into glasses and chill overnight.
