  1. Beef chuck or arm roast - 1 4-lb

  2. Italian dressing 1 Pint

  3. Pepper 1 To taste

  4. Salt To Taste

  5. Monosodium glutamate

  6. Green peppers 2 To taste

  7. Onions 6

  8. Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint

  9. Mushrooms 1/2 Pint

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Preheat the grill 2. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes; place in shallow casserole.

  2. Pour dressing over beef, coating well. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate. Marinate for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  3. MAKING 3. Cut green peppers and onions into wedges.

  4. Coat green peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms with marinade sauce.

  5. Arrange beef and vegetables alternately on individual metal skewers. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and basting with remaining marinade.

  6. SERVING 6. Serve hot
