  1. 1 cup granny smith apple , washed, pared and chopped

  2. 1 cup frozen fresh cranberries , chopped if wished (I leave mine whole)

  3. 1 teaspoon organic grated orange rind

  4. 1/2 cup minus

  5. 2 tbs dark brown sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons a little oil

  7. plain yogurt (to serve)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients except yogurt and through into a small baking dish.

  3. Bake 25 minutes.

  4. Serve warm or room temperature with plain yogurt on top.

  5. Enjoy!
