  1. 2 pounds unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp

  2. 1 (1-pound) orange roughy fillet

  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  4. 1/4 cup dry sherry

  5. 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  6. 1 garlic clove, pressed

  7. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein, if desired. Cut fillet into 4 slices. Place seafood in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag. Combine soy sauce and next 4 ingredients; pour over seafood. Cover or seal; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally Remove seafood from marinade, discarding marinade; place in a lightly greased grill basket. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350o to 400o) 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink and fish flakes easily with a fork.
