  1. 6 Cups of chicken broth

  2. 2 Cups of chopped cabbage

  3. 1 Cup of shredded nappa cabbage

  4. 2 green onion s chopped

  5. 2 egg s lightly beaten salt and pepper

  1. Bring 6 cups of chicken broth just to a light boil, then add regular cabbage and turn down the heat to medium. Cook about 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender, then add in shredded nappa cabbage. Cook about 5 minutes, then add in your green onion. Turn heat down so that it is just on simmer and pour in beaten eggs in a ribbon. *Do not stir.* Let egg sit before stirring--about 2 to 3 minutes.
