  1. 350 gm Black Glutinous Flour

  2. 5 large eggs

  3. 300 gm fine granulated sugar

  4. 150 ml vegetable oil

  5. 200 ml coconut cream

  6. 1/2 tsp ovalette

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar and ovalette together until fluffy and white.

  2. Add black glutinous flour, vegetable oil and coconut milk, continue to whisk until ribbon stage.

  3. Pour into a bottom lined 9 inch greased cake pan and put to steam on high heat for 45 minutes or until done.(i used 2 loaf pans)

  4. Remove from steamer and after 5 minutes, remove cake from pan and let it cool before serving.

  5. Serves
