  1. 1 cup fresh cranberries

  2. 8 apples, peeled, cored and -- chopped

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1 cinnamon stick -- halved

  5. 6 whole cloves ground nutmeg

  1. Preparation : Combine cranberries, apples and sugar in slow cooker. Place cinnamon and cloves in center of 6" square of cheesecloth. Pull up around sides; tie to form pouch. Place in pot. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hrs or until cranberries and apples are very soft.
