  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

  7. 4 tablespoons sour cream

  1. In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream.

  2. Blend well together. Add beets. Mix well.
