  1. 8 ounces cream cheese

  2. 4 sprigs cilantro

  3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1 large tomato -- seeded and chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro -- chopped

  6. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  1. Preparation : 1. Place cream cheeese, 4 sprigs of cilantro and garlic powder in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth.

  2. Shape into a 5 inch log. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

  3. Mix tomato, 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro and the oil. Just before serving spoon almost all the salsa onto the serving plate, place cheese log on salsa, top with remaining salsa. Notes: Serve with baguette slices; refrigerate leftovers if any.
