  1. 1 ea Pt Chicken broth

  2. 1 ea Pt Milk - whole

  3. 1/2ea Pt Cream - heavy

  4. 2 tb Rice - cook separately

  5. 1 ea Egg yolk - beaten lightly Flour - add to make rivels

  1. + Directions : When about ready to serve, heat milk, broth and cream to boiling point, then add rivels. Cook a few minutes, add rice and small piece of butter. Season to taste.
