  3. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon peanut oil

  5. 2 tablespoons honey

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  9. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  10. 6 cups torn romaine lettuce

  11. 2 green onion tops, chopped

  12. 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

  13. 1/2 English cucumber, chopped

  14. 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed

  15. 2 stalks celery, sliced

  16. 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

  17. 16 seedless green grapes, halved

  18. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

  1. Place the vinegar, lemonade, lemon juice, peanut oil, honey, salt, pepper, celery seed, and hot sauce in a blender. Puree until blended, then set aside for 30 minutes.

  2. Place the romaine lettuce, green onions, green pepper, cucumber, peas, celery, apple, grapes, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Pour in the salad dressing and toss to coat.
