  1. for Olive Brown Sauce Recipe

  2. 2 dozen large olives cut into narrow spiral strips

  3. 2 tablespoons butter

  4. 2 tablespoons flour

  5. 2 cups of brown stock

  6. 10 drops onion juice

  7. Salt and pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon walnut

  9. 1 tablespoon mushroom catsup

  10. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Melt and brown butter. Add flour and brown again.

  2. Gradually add brown stock and slit until thick and smooth.

  3. Add onion juice, salt and pepper to taste, walnuts, mushroom catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and olives.

  4. Simmer for five minutes and serve with duck.
