  1. 2 slices bread (your choice)

  2. 2 slices muenster cheese

  3. 1 medium roma tomato , sliced

  4. 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  5. 1 tsp olive oil

  6. pesto

  7. mayonnaise

  8. butter

  1. Whisk oil and vinegar in small bowl - add sliced tomato and turn to coat evenly with the marinade.

  2. Place 1 slice cheese on each slice of bread. Spread one with pesto and the other with mayo.

  3. Remove tomato slices from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place on one of the bread slices and close up sandwich.

  4. Melt a tiny amount of butter in a skillet and place sandwich in the skillet. Cover the bread side facing up with a thin spread of mayo.

  5. Grill until golden, then flip to grill the other side.
