Speedy Spam Quiche

    1. 1 can Spam -- cubed

    2. 1/4 cup green peppers -- chopped

    3. 1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded

    4. 1 cup biscuit mix

    5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    6. 1/4 cup chopped onion

    7. 1 tablespoon cooking oil

    8. 2 cups milk

    9. 4 eggs

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Saute Spam, onion, green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender. Spoon into lightly greased 10" deep dish pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth. Pour evenly into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
