  1. Rosy Tuna Mold

  2. 1 1/2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

  3. 1/2 cup cold water

  4. 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup

  5. 8 oz package cream cheese

  6. 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans tuna, drained and flaked (can substitute crab or shrimp)

  7. 1 cup mayonnaise

  8. 3/4 cup chopped celery

  9. 3/4 cup chopped green onions (including tops)

  10. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  11. 1/2 tsp onion or garlic juice

  12. Soften gelatin in cold water; set aside. Combine tomato soup and cream cheese in medium saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring

  13. until well blended. Stir in softened gelatin until dissolved cool.

  14. Add remaining ingredients to cooled cheese mixture; pour into a 1

  15. 1/2 quart mold. Chill several hours or until firm. Unmold and serve

  16. with crackers and snack breads, or serve on crisp salad greens as

  17. salad. Makes 1 1/2 quart mold.
