  1. 1 cup buttery crackers, crushed -

  2. 1 teaspoon garlic salt -

  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper -

  4. 2 eggs - beaten -

  5. 4 pork chops -

  6. 1/4 cup butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In a separate shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Dip each pork chop in the egg and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter on top of each pork chop. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes so the coating gets crunchy.
