  1. 6 tbsp. butter

  2. 6 large flour tortillas

  3. 168 g grated monterey jack cheese

  4. 196 g can green chile salsa

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in a large skillet. Add 1 tortilla and fry on each side until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Place 1 ounce cheese in center of tortilla and top with 2 tbsp. salsa. Fold tortilla sides inward toward center, overlapping slightly. Return folded tortilla to pan and fry until tortilla is golden brown. Keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
