  3. 2 bsp Cold water

  4. 1 bsp Finely chopped onion

  5. 13 sp Finely chopped fresh ginger

  6. 2 Finely chopped green chilis

  7. 1 sp Kosher salt

  8. 34 sp Sugar

  9. 14 Packed fresh mint leaves

  10. 34 Packed coriander (cilantro)

  1. Put all the ingredients in the container of a food processor orelectric blender, and blend until finely pureed and reduced to acreamy sauce.

  2. Check for salt, and pour into a small bowl. Cover and chillthoroughly before serving.
