  5. 1 c Rice or soy milk

  6. 1/4 c Sugar

  7. 1/4 c Maple syrup

  8. 4 ts Salt (uh, is this right? KM)

  9. 1 c Water

  10. 6 ts Yeast

  11. 3 ts Egg replacer

  12. 6 tb Water

  13. 1/3 c Uncooked oatmeal

  14. 1/4 c Wheateena cereal; cooked in

  15. 1 c -Water, and cooled

  16. 2 c Whole wheat flour

  17. 3 c All purpose flour

  18. NOTE on rice or soy milk: if it's a thick milk, dilute it to the

  19. consistency of cow's milk)

  20. Simply mix all ingredients until all is blended.Dough will be very

  21. sticky.Divide evenly into 2 oiled or sprayed with Pam loaf pans.Allow to

  22. rise until doubled (it's a pretty dense bread,but on a warm day,rising

  23. 4 hours

  24. 375 degree oven

  25. for about 1 hour. Terrific for sandwiches or as a breakfast food!
