Turkey Sausage Quiche

1 pound turkey sausage

1 unbaked pie crust -- (10 inch)

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon flour

4 eggs

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese -- lightly

packed 1 1/2 cups skim milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

Paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown and cook sausage in skillet over medium heat

Cut cooked sausage into small pieces and place in pie crust. Saute onion, spr

inkle over sausage. Sprinkle flour over sausage and onion. Beat eggs slightly i

n bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with paprika. Bak

35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Recipe from "One Milli
