  1. 1 cup All-purpose flour

  2. cup Uncooked oatmeal

  3. cup Light brown sugar, packed

  4. cup Butter

  5. 4 Eggs

  6. cup Honey

  7. 1 cup Roasted Oregon hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)

  8. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  9. teaspoon Salt

  10. cup Light brown sugar packed

  11. 1 tablespoon Flour

  1. Combine first three ingredients; cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into greased 12x8x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour over partially baked crust.

  2. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature and cut into bars.
