  2. 1, 2 pound 8 ounces, can cut sweet potatoes, drained

  3. 1, 8 ounce, can crushed pineapple, drained

  4. 1/2 cup maple syrup

  5. 1/2 cup pecan halves

  6. 1/4 cup sliced dried apricots

  7. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  8. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

  9. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  10. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place sweet potatoes in ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour over potatoes.

  5. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until heated through.
